1. All services will be performed as outlined in the signed estimate or contract. Any additional work requested by the client that is not included in the original agreement will be subject to a separate estimate and approval.
2. Payments
A deposit is required before work begins, with remaining payments due according to the payment schedule in the contract. Final payment is due upon project completion.
3. Materials
Unless otherwise specified, materials are purchased by the client. Special-order items or custom materials must be paid in full before ordering.
4. Project Timeline
Kian Construction will make every effort to complete projects on time. However, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, material delays, or changes in scope may affect the completion schedule.
5. Warranty
We provide a 30-day workmanship warranty on all labor performed. This covers corrections of any issues related to our work at no additional cost. It does not cover misuse, negligence, or damages unrelated to our labor.
6. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once work has begun or been completed. Our 30-day warranty ensures client satisfaction and addresses any workmanship concerns.
7. Liability
Kian Construction is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or work performed by other contractors.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing site access, utilities, and timely decisions regarding materials or design changes to avoid delays.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
